Plan a small content series with a different job for each piece

Give each post a distinct reader question and a supported next step.

What you’re working towards

A limited editorial sequence that answers different reader questions, reuses only approved evidence and states the next step for each piece. This is a written practice result, not a recorded AI run.

Make a start

One step at a time.

3 steps

Start with the synthetic worked example or other non-sensitive inputs. Run one prompt at a time in your chosen AI tool. Replace any bracketed placeholders with the requested material, check each reply, and supply the source or earlier outputs that step needs. Paste them again if the tool lacks that context.

Start with the synthetic example, then adapt each prompt to your task.

01

Try the complete example

Open a text AI chat you already have permission to use. Paste the whole prompt below, from TASK through END INPUT, and send it. The input is source material; do not paste the illustrative Output as an answer to imitate. Expect A limited editorial sequence that answers different reader questions, reuses only approved evidence and states the next step for each piece. If you receive advice instead of the result, ask for the complete requested result from the supplied input.

Your starting prompt
TASK
Plan the three connected posts with one distinct question and next step each. Return complete short drafts, proposed sequence, source/asset mapping and a repetition/claim check. Use only the approved factual text and distinguish described assets from inspected images. Do not schedule or publish.

INPUT
Complete fictional repairable-notebook studio brief. Adult readers ask Q1 how pages are replaced, Q2 what inserts fit, Q3 how to care for the cover. Produce three short text-post drafts in one proposed week, each at most 65 whitespace-separated words excluding title. Use Day 1/Day 3/Day 5, not real publication dates. No posting authorized.
Approved source B1, binding note: This model holds one insert under an elastic loop. Lift the old insert from under the loop and slide the replacement under it. No other steps supplied.
Approved source D1, dimensions sheet: This model accepts inserts 148 mm wide × 210 mm high, up to 40 sheets. The outer cover dimensions are not supplied.
Approved source C1, care note: Wipe the cover with a dry soft cloth. Keep it away from standing water. No washing or coating instructions supplied.
Authorized asset inventory, textual descriptions only: PH1 photo described as showing the loop with an insert lifted; PH2 photo described as showing the closed cover. No image files are provided or inspected. Both are approved for this hypothetical series, but visual details beyond these descriptions are unknown.
Unsupported: environmental benefits, money savings, lifespan, durability comparisons, universal insert fit, prices and buying links. Each post must answer a different question, cite its factual source in a separate editorial note and give a relevant reader action. Do not invent testimonials or publication results.
END INPUT

Check and correct

Remove titles and confirm the drafts still answer replacement, insert dimensions and care separately. Trace factual claims to B1, D1 or C1; verify 148×210 mm, no more than 40 sheets, dry soft cloth and no standing water. Count each draft alone at no more than 65 words. PH1/PH2 remain optional uninspected assets; Day 1/3/5 is only a proposal. Compare with the unchanged source yourself. If anything differs, use the correction prompt, then recheck the complete replacement before saving.

Your starting prompt
Check the answer in this sample chat against the complete INPUT above. Quote each mismatch and its source, then return a complete corrected replacement. If source or answer is missing, ask for it. Do not describe a suggested human trial as completed.
03

Use your own source instead

Open a new chat and copy the prompt below. Replace every bracketed field with your own permitted non-sensitive material, or write unknown. Change the source names, counts, dates and rules together wherever they occur. Expect a complete result using those new values. Compare each source link and calculation with your new input, using the review instructions in this prompt. If a fact or rule is wrong, quote the mismatch and source and ask for a complete corrected replacement; keep essential unknowns held rather than borrowing the practice values.

Your starting prompt
Plan and fully draft a connected text-content sequence from my reader questions, approved source facts, asset descriptions, piece count, timing and length limits. Assign each piece a distinct informational job and relevant next step. Map every factual claim to a source ID and every optional asset to an authorized description; never claim to inspect an image from text alone. Keep unsupported benefits, testimonials, prices, links and performance claims out. Derive the number of pieces, names, dates and limits from MY INPUT. Review the drafts without titles for genuine difference, count each against its limit and trace all product/policy claims. Return a proposal, not scheduled publication.

MY INPUT
Audience and concrete goal: [replace with your source or rule]
Approved facts/assets: [replace with your source or rule]
Reader questions: [replace with your source or rule]
Channels and capacity: [replace with your source or rule]
Excluded claims: [replace with your source or rule]
Series length: [replace with your source or rule]
Per-piece word limits and counting method: [replace with your source or rule]
Proposed sequence dates or day labels: [replace with your source or rule]

Use only MY INPUT for facts, quantities, names, dates and permissions. Ask for missing essential facts or conflicting rules instead of guessing. Creative invention is allowed only where this task and my boundaries permit it. Return the actual complete requested result, a separate unknown/hold list and the source-specific review described above. Do not reuse practice-example facts. Keep this a draft; do not publish, contact people, book, buy or change another service.
Optional: improve the result

Remove an unavailable asset

Optional, sample-only extension. Return to the practice chat, or paste this guide’s complete practice input and your checked answer into a new chat. Keep useful content when one optional image is unavailable. This does not apply unchanged to your own source.

Advanced prompt
In this sample, PH1 is unavailable for the proposed week. Keep all three reader questions and approved text sources. Return the full three-post sequence as text-only drafts, removing dependencies on PH1 without inventing a substitute image or new product claim. If the complete sample input or answer is missing, ask me to paste it. Keep new variants separate from the original result.

The intended result

Illustrative output
ILLUSTRATIVE AUTHORED OUTPUT
Written for this guide; no consumer AI execution or real-world trial is claimed.

SERIES LOGIC
Day 1 answers how replacement works; Day 3 helps choose a stated insert size; Day 5 explains the supplied cover care. The sequence moves from mechanism to selection to care without repeating one sales claim.

DAY 1 — How the insert comes out
This notebook holds one insert under an elastic loop. Lift the old insert from under the loop, then slide the replacement underneath. Before choosing a replacement, check the dimensions in the next post.
Editorial note: B1 supports the mechanism and two actions. D1 will support the next post. Optional asset PH1 is a supplied description only; inspect the authorized photo separately before use.
Reader action: consult the size post before choosing an insert.

DAY 3 — Check both dimensions and sheet count
For this model, choose an insert 148 mm wide and 210 mm high, with no more than 40 sheets. A size label alone does not tell you its sheet count. Check all three values on the insert you are considering.
Editorial note: exact accepted measurements and maximum sheet count from D1. No outer-cover dimensions or universal fit claim. Text can stand alone; no asset required.
Reader action: compare width, height and sheet count.

DAY 5 — Keep cover care simple
Wipe the cover with a dry soft cloth and keep it away from standing water. These are the supplied care instructions for this model. If you need advice about another treatment, ask the studio before trying it.
Editorial note: C1 supports the two care instructions; no extra method or durability result added. Optional PH2 illustrates only a closed-cover view as described; inspect it separately before use.
Reader action: follow the supplied care note or seek an approved answer about an unlisted treatment.

REPETITION AND CLAIM CHECK
Even without titles, each draft has a different job: replacement, dimensions, care. All three fit the 65-word maximum. Facts map to B1/D1/C1; PH1/PH2 are not evidence of unseen details. No environmental, savings, lifespan or performance claim appears. Day labels are a proposed sequence, not scheduled publication. No buying URL, price or result is invented.

You’re the final check

Check the worked example.

These checks use the worked example and its particular facts. With your own material, check your actual names, numbers, sources and rules; do not reuse the sample’s values as the answer.

Unsaved checks stay in this tab and reset when you reload. If you choose Save guide, its current example checkmarks are kept in this browser when storage is available.

A few things to watch for.

  • Changing the title does not make three copies of the same message a useful series. Give each piece a different reader decision.
  • An approved photo description does not authorize visual claims you cannot inspect or environmental claims the source never made.
